ETL – Extract, Transform & Load

The Heart of HeyCentric’s Efficiency. HeyCentric’s ETL capabilities streamline your workflow by allowing you to:
• Import and transform business or payment system files.
• Enhance automatic allocation rates with manipulation rules.
• Export transactions to various systems.
• Update fixed registers and run enquiries.
You can also automate these tasks with Job Schedules, freeing your team to handle exceptional unallocated items. At HeyCentric, we aim to make things easier for you.

Receipting

HeyCentric Receipting maximises your reach for face-to-face payments, allowing you to:
• Create transactions and record cash, cheque, and card payments*.
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation and posting, either automated or manual.
• Handle non-cash transactions with necessary journal entries for your ERP or Finance System.

Our PayByLink service lets you send payment links via email or SMS, directing customers to a web payment screen. We also offer a full suite of online and telephone payment options.
*Stripe Chip & Pin or mobile devices are subject to a separate charge.

HeyCentric eReturns

HeyCentric eReturns streamline recording and reporting cash, cheque, or PDQ income for remote sites where reporting individual transactions is not required. Preformatted with appropriate allocation codes, they ensure clarity and reduce errors, making the process faster and more convenient than traditional paper or email returns.

Reporting

HeyCentric provides real-time updates on Job Schedules and Job Execution through Daily Status Reports and Dashboards. It can also send email reports and alerts to keep you informed. User-defined reports can be configured for management information and transaction downloads.

User Administration

Maintaining your HeyCentric system is straightforward with an easy-to-use administration module that supports Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). You can invite new users and configure their roles and permissions to ensure they only access and perform the tasks they need to.

Stripe Integration

HeyCentric offers an integrated solution with Stripe®, enabling customers to:
• View Stripe payments in real time.
• Respond to disputes and chargebacks.
• View pending and historic settlement payments.
• Configure and maintain Chip & Pin settings.
All features are accessible within the HeyCentric application for efficient payment management.

Bank Reconciliation (Stripe Transactions)

Reconciling card payments can be complex due to the need to match multiple transactions to a single bank settlement and the timing differences between trading and banking days. HeyCentric provides a bank reconciliation module that allows you to match individual card payments on both the cash book side and bank statement side simplifying this task.

HeyCentric WebPayments

HeyCentric offers comprehensive online payment solutions, supporting all major card types and payment wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can customise which cards to accept.
• Quick Pay: Provides unique URLs for specific payment references, allowing customers to complete payments via a web page. Transactions are processed and exported to your ERP or Finance system.
• XPAY: Designed for third-party systems, using parameterized URLs to process payments and export transactions, with payment confirmation sent back to the third party.
Additional options include Payment Links, Pay by Bank, Recurring Card Payments, and Direct Debits, ensuring versatile and efficient payment management.

HeyCentric Telephony

HeyCentric provides comprehensive telephone payment solutions supporting all major card types and payment wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can customise which cards to accept.
• HeyCentric End Call: Automated telephone payment system maintaining PCI DSS compliance.
• HeyCentric Mid Call: Agent-assisted payment process with PCI DSS compliance.
• HeyCentric IVR: Fully automated system for high-volume transactions using Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
